It is the accreditation for service providers in both public and private sectors to practice cooperative health insurance activities according to the Cooperative Health Insurance Council's system, its executive regulations, and the unified policy.

Confirm mobile number via SMS – (first time only).
If the authorized person is the official authorized person in the old system, they will find all establishments under the username field at the top after selecting the establishment and clicking on "Switch Account" next to the establishment name.
If there is no official authorized person for the establishment or to add a new authorized person, click on "Create New Authorization Request," complete the data, and attach the authorization letter.
Await approval from the Accreditation Department.
Click on "Renew Accreditation," continue and complete the data, and submit the request. Await a response from the Accreditation Department (acceptance, rejection, data completion).

Validity of the SPAHI quality certificate issued by the Saudi Center for Healthcare Accreditation for Quality, or a valid preliminary registration letter

Payment of the annual financial fee for accreditation

Payment is made through government payments via bank applications (SADAD).
Search in bank applications using biller number: Council of Cooperative Health Insurance – 410.
Then, payment is made using the reference number recorded in the authorized person's account.

There are no paper accreditation certificates (accreditation is electronic). You can view the accreditation by visiting the Cooperative Health Insurance Council's website, Electronic Services, and inquiring about the list of accredited service providers.

Proceed through the electronic platform:

Log in via Nafaath.
Confirm mobile number via SMS – (first time only).
If the authorized person is the official authorized person in the old system, they will find all establishments under the username field at the top after selecting the establishment and clicking on "Switch Account" next to the establishment name.
If you wish to modify the previous authorized person for the establishment, click on "Create New Authorization Request" and search in the establishment account icon for the name of the establishment registered with the Council by clicking on it and searching.. then complete data entry and attach the authorization letter.
Await approval of the authorization request from the Accreditation Department via phone and email for the authorized person.
Then, after approval, the authorized person can log in to their registered account with the Council, then click on the arrow next to the authorized person's name, then "Switch Account," and then access the "Renew Accreditation" icon.

Important note: The "Renew Accreditation" icon appears 90 days before the accreditation expiry date.

Yes, as one of the requirements for healthcare service provider accreditation is that all doctors working in the establishment must have a valid license from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.

All parties to the insurance relationship must adhere to the medical coding system approved by the Council (ICD10-AM/AR-DRG/NDC) as stipulated in Article (99) of the Executive Regulations of the Health Insurance System. No, it is not sufficient. Each healthcare service provider with an independent license from one of the general directorates of health affairs at the Ministry of Health must have independent accreditation.

It is a maximum of five (5) working days if the healthcare establishment meets all accreditation conditions.

You can do this by sending a written letter on the establishment's letterhead addressed to the Secretary-General of the Cooperative Health Insurance Council, stating the reason for cancellation and attaching proof of the establishment's removal from Health Affairs.
