Service Description

This service allows insured individuals or employers to easily submit an online complaint in case of incomplete health insurance data linkage with the General Directorate of Passports or incomplete insurance coverage for visitors—without the need to visit the Council of Health Insurance. Additionally, the service enables verification of workforce data for establishments.

Steps

Log in via the National Single Sign-On (Nafath) platform.

Select the service "Request for Incomplete Minimum Data Linkage."

Search for the insurance company that issued the policy but has not completed the linkage.

Submit the complaint on your behalf or on behalf of someone else

Enter all required details accurately.

If related to a previously closed complaint, provide the reference number

Clearly state the complaint and attach supporting documents

Click "Submit Complaint."

If the number of individuals exceeds 10, you can upload a file containing their data in Excel format.

If the complaint is related to a previously submitted complaint, enter the reference number of the previous complaint.

Enter the complaint text clearly.

Attach a photo of the documents supporting the complaint.

Review the entered data carefully; entering incorrect information may result in delays in processing the complaint or rejecting it.

Click "Confirm" to submit the complaint.
