Description
This service allows beneficiaries to submit new suggestions or ideas to contribute to improving the level of service provided by the Health Insurance Council, or other general suggestions and ideas. The Health Insurance Council is interested in beneficiary suggestions and carefully considers them to improve its services and enhance customer service.
Steps

Click on the "Start Service" button.

Log in via the National Unified Access Platform.

Select the service (submit an inquiry/suggestion).

Fill in your information

Choose the type of request.

Enter the text of the inquiry/suggestion clearly.

National ID number.

Upload a copy of supporting documents.

Review the entered data again. (Filling in incorrect data may result in cancellation or delay of the order).

Click the submit button.

Complaint status inquiry: The inquiry result will appear immediately once the inquiry page data is completed and the inquiry is confirmed.

Inquiries without a course of action: Immediately respond to the beneficiary’s inquiry during the call to the center’s representative.

Inquiries by workflow: Business day.

If the suggestion is made through the unified number, it will be recorded in the system, the beneficiary will be thanked for submitting the suggestion, and the request will be closed immediately during the call.

If the inquiry is submitted automatically, the beneficiary will be thanked for submitting the suggestion and will be closed within one business day.
Service Outcome

Submit an inquiry/suggestion.

The beneficiary is thanked by phone or text message, the request is closed in the system, and it is forwarded by email to the department concerned with the proposal.
