This service allows employers whose services have been suspended by the Ministry of Labor due to non-compliance with the Cooperative Health Insurance Law to submit an electronic request to lift the suspension after ensuring compliance.
Steps

Click the "Start Service" button.

Log in via the National Unified Access Portal (Nafath).

Choose to create a new account or continue as a guest.

Enter the company representative's name and the commercial registration number of the establishment.

Fill in your details as the request submitter.

Clearly enter the request details.

Attach the supporting documents.

Review the entered information carefully, as incorrect data may lead to delays or rejection of the request.

Click on the "Confirm" button to submit the request.
