T​he service allows users to report cases of fraud or manipulation that lead to unjustified benefits or the unlawful exploitation of financial resources and healthcare services. It is designed to protect all parties involved in the insurance relationship, enhance fairness and transparency, and improve the efficiency of resource utilization in the healthcare and insurance sectors.
Steps

Click on the "Start Service" button.

Log in through the National Unified Access Platform (Nafath).

Enter the details of the individual or entity you wish to report.

Fill in your personal information as the report submitter.
5
Provide a clear and detailed description of the report, ensuring all necessary information is included.

Attach any supporting documents to validate the report.
7
Review all entered information for accuracy (incorrect details may result in rejection or delay).
8
Click "Submit Report".
