In a new national achievement that underscores its leadership in promoting quality and efficiency, the Council of Health Insurance has been awarded the King Abdulaziz Quality Award in its seventh edition, achieving the Silver level in the government sector category. This recognition affirms CHI's commitment to applying the highest standards of quality and efficiency and its continuous pursuit of excellence in the services provided to its beneficiaries.
This marks the second time CHI has received the King Abdulaziz Quality Award, having previously attained the Silver level in the category of authorities and institutions within this prestigious award. This achievement reflects CHIl's ongoing efforts to adopt the best global practices and foster a culture of quality across all its operations.
The King Abdulaziz Quality Award is distinguished as a national benchmark for institutional excellence and quality. The evaluation process for this edition included several specialized assessments and meticulous field visits. A total of 112 national entities competed across various award categories, highlighting the Council of Health Insurance's position as a leading entity in applying excellence and quality standards.
Ms. Eman Alturaiki, the official spokesperson for the Council of Health Insurance, stated: “Winning the King Abdulaziz Quality Award for the second time reaffirms our institutional excellence and our achievement of the highest performance standards.
