During the first half of 2024, the Council of Health Insurance received 9 ISO certifications, to achieve a total of 14 earned certificates. These certifications recognized the Council's efforts and compliance with various requirements and standards in multiple fields.
Intertek awarded the Council the ISO 44001:2017 certification for Collaborative Business Relationship Management Systems, acknowledging its efforts in fostering and developing collaborative relationships with its partners. This certification highlights the Council's commitment to building sustainable relationships based on trust, mutual understanding and effective cooperation. The other certifications were granted by TUV Austria, a company specializing in testing and inspection. The Council received the ISO 30414:2018 certification for Human Capital Reporting Guidelines, reflecting its dedication to providing a framework for assessing human resource performance and management, along with comprehensive and transparent reporting. The ISO 30401:2018 Knowledge Management System certification was granted based on the Council's organization, documentation and utilization of knowledge, which enhances its ability to achieve strategic goals, improve performance and foster innovation.
The Council also achieved success in establishing a general framework and guidelines for risk management to reach its objectives and protect its values, earning the ISO 31000:2018 certification for Risk Management Guidelines. Additionally, the Council received the ISO 45001:2018 certification for Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, demonstrating its commitment to providing a comprehensive framework for protecting worker health and safety and managing work-related risks.
The Council's efforts in providing a comprehensive environmental management framework to reduce harmful environmental impacts and improve environmental performance led to the ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System certification. It also strengthened its social presence by obtaining the ISO 26001:2010 certification for Social Responsibility Guidelines, reflecting its ongoing efforts to provide a comprehensive framework for institutions to practice social responsibility and manage the social, environmental and economic impact of its activities.
The Council received the ISO 56002:2019 certification for Innovation Management Guidelines, which reflects its commitment to providing a unified and internationally recognized framework for managing innovation and offering guidance on organizing, directing, and improving innovation activities within the Council. Additionally, the Council received the ISO 10020:2022 certification for Organizational Change Management Guidelines, recognizing its efforts in effectively and smoothly managing organizational change without affecting performance or continuity.
