The Council of Health Insurance (CHI) has received the ISO 44001:2017 Certificate for Collaborative Business Relationships Management System, in recognition of its excellence in building an administrative system that contributes to creating effective and successful relationships, providing added value and benefiting from the diverse capabilities and skills of partners.
CHI received the ISO 44001:2017 Certificate for Collaborative Business Relationships Management System, as the one of the first entities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to obtain it, in light of its pioneering role as a regulatory body that seeks to empower the sector and enhance the efficiency and quality of services provided to beneficiaries, and its commitment to sustainability, by adopting the partnership life cycle based on solid foundations that help achieve the best results.
Dr. Nasser Al-Juhani, CHI's official spokesperson and Executive Director of Enablement and Supervision, confirmed that CHI will continue its efforts to empower the sector in order to provide the best high-quality and efficient services, which contributes to beneficiaries obtaining their full rights.
Al-Juhani explained that obtaining the ISO 44001:2017 Certificate for Collaborative Business Relationships Management System is an outcome of the efforts made, as a result of building a partnership life cycle system with the aim of enhancing institutional capacities by aligning with stakeholders to ensure sustainability with active partners in order to achieve common goals. He pointed out that the partnership life cycle includes many professional practical procedures including many important aspects such as operational awareness, knowledge, internal evaluation, partner selection, cooperation and working together, creating value, staying together and activating the exit strategy.
It is worth mentioning that CHI has received many certificates, most notably the ISO 22301:2019 certificate for business continuity, and the ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and ISO 10002 certificates. Obtaining the ISO 44001:2017 certificate for collaborative relationships is an extension of its global achievements that it achieves in light of its efforts to provide the best services to beneficiaries.
