This service enables beneficiaries and insured individuals to electronically file a complaint against service providers with ease, ensuring their insurance rights are protected and addressed with efficiency and transparency.
Steps

Click the "Start Service" button.

Log in via the National Unified Access Platform (NAFATH).

Select the "Complaint Against a Service Provider" service.

Accurately enter the service provider's details.

Specify whether you are filing the complaint for yourself or on behalf of someone else.

Enter your required personal details.

If the complaint is related to a previously closed complaint, enter the reference number.

Clearly and precisely describe the complaint details.

Upload supporting documents to strengthen your request.

Review the entered information carefully, as errors may cause delays or rejection.

Click "Submit Complaint".
