This service enables employees to submit an electronic complaint with complete confidentiality against their employer if they are not insured, their family members are not insured, or if they are required to contribute to health insurance premiums. All complaints are handled with strict confidentiality, and the employer will be contacted without revealing the complainant's identity.
Steps

Click on the "Start Service" button.

Log in via the Nafath platform.

Select the service "Complaint Against Employer."

Enter the establishment and employer details.

Enter your personal details.

If the complaint is linked to a previously closed complaint, enter the previous complaint number.

Clearly state the details of the complaint.

Upload supporting documents.

Review the entered information before submission, as errors may cause delays or rejection.

Click the "Submit Complaint" button.
