Riyadh, Saudi Arabia —
The Council of Health Insurance has launched "Bushra," a virtual assistant powered by artificial intelligence. This innovative tool aims to enhance the quality of services provided and improve the experience of CHI beneficiaries, contributing to increased satisfaction and better healthcare service delivery.
“Bushra" enables beneficiaries to interact easily with the Council of Health Insurance's services anytime and from anywhere. By leveraging artificial intelligence (AI), it provides round-the-clock interactive services and delivers fast, accurate and effective responses tailored to the needs of CHI beneficiaries. Initially, "Bushra" will be available on the website, and it will then be extended to other platforms, including CHI app and WhatsApp service. This expansion aims to ensure a high-quality and efficient healthcare experience, allowing beneficiaries to effortlessly access all their rights.
Ms. Eman Al-Turiki, The Council of Health Insurance's spokesperson and Executive Director of Communication and Customer Excellence, stated: "The launch of the virtual assistant “Bushra" reflects our commitment to adopting the latest technologies to ensure outstanding and timely services for our beneficiaries. Through “Bushra," we aim to provide a seamless and effective experience that addresses CHI beneficiaries' inquiries and needs 24/7, enhancing their satisfaction and making their interaction with our services smoother and more convenient."
